Para entendermos o comportamento humano, temos que olhar para a situa\u00e7\u00e3o em que ele ocorre<\/em>\u201d. Neste sentido, o comportamento n\u00e3o \u00e9 \u201cbom\u201d ou \u201cruim\u201d em si. Para entendermos a fun\u00e7\u00e3o da a\u00e7\u00e3o, temos que observar em que contexto est\u00e1 inserido e \u201ca servi\u00e7o de qu\u00ea&#8230;\u201d. Por exemplo, uma dieta alimentar pode ser \u201cbom\u201d, se estiver a servi\u00e7o dos valores como ter uma vida saud\u00e1vel; ou pode ser \u201cruim\u201d, se estiver a servi\u00e7o de um transtorno alimentar como anorexia, ou do pensamento \u201cpreciso emagrecer para as pessoas gostarem de mim\u201d. Trabalhar demasiadamente pode ser \u201cbom\u201d, se for pelo crescimento profissional; como pode ser \u201cruim&#8221;, se for para fugir de outras \u00e1reas da vida (neste caso, j\u00e1 n\u00e3o v\u00e3o estar a servi\u00e7o dos valores, mesmo sendo um comportamento considerado \u201cpositivo\u201d). Esses s\u00e3o apenas dois exemplos did\u00e1ticos relativamente f\u00e1ceis de identificar. \u00c9 importante ficar atento, pois, muitas vezes nos engajamos em comportamentos que n\u00e3o compreendemos \u201ca servi\u00e7o de qu\u00ea&#8230;\u201d e acabamos agindo no autom\u00e1tico, sem consci\u00eancia e clareza das nossas escolhas.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f566fc6 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-tablet__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f566fc6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O objetivo geral da ACT \u00e9 treinar a flexibilidade psicol\u00f3gica<sup>3<\/sup>, que consiste em fazer o que \u00e9 importante, mesmo na presen\u00e7a de obst\u00e1culos psicol\u00f3gicos<sup>4<\/sup>, que s\u00e3o pensamentos, sentimentos, mem\u00f3rias e sensa\u00e7\u00f5es desagrad\u00e1veis<sup>3<\/sup>. Por outro lado, para a ACT, a psicopatologia ou o sofrimento humano adv\u00e9m da inflexibilidade psicol\u00f3gica, que implica na restri\u00e7\u00e3o de repert\u00f3rio comportamental do indiv\u00edduo, que significa limitar as possibilidades de comportamento que um indiv\u00edduo pode emitir durante sua trajet\u00f3ria de vidas<sup>2<\/sup>. \u00c9 bom lembrar que <i>\u201csofre menos quem possui repert\u00f3rio mais variado, mais amplo. A ilustra\u00e7\u00e3o a seguir demonstra exatamente este conceito. Por exemplo, a tristeza vem (inesperadamente ou devido a alguma circunst\u00e2ncia previs\u00edvel) e n\u00f3s n\u00e3o podemos impedi-la de vir, nem controlar por quanto tempo ela ir\u00e1 ficar. Podemos nos conectar no que realmente importa (valores, metas, objetivos) e agir nesta dire\u00e7\u00e3o. Aqui, n\u00e3o se trata de ignorar, negligenciar, nem ativar um modo autocr\u00edtico que n\u00e3o nos permite sentir a dor do momento, mas acolher esta dor e seguir em frente come\u00e7ando com pequenas a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>Quando ocorre a inflexibilidade psicol\u00f3gica, ao inv\u00e9s de tentar \u201csurfar\u201d na emo\u00e7\u00e3o, limitamos o nosso repert\u00f3rio comportamental, repetimos sempre as mesmas a\u00e7\u00f5es e obtemos sempre o mesmo resultado. Por exemplo se ao sentir a tristeza, voc\u00ea reclamar, se isolar, discutir, ser mais r\u00edspido com voc\u00ea e\/ou com os outros, se anestesiar com rem\u00e9dios (sem prescri\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00e9dicas)\u00a0 ou outras subst\u00e2ncias (\u00e1lcool, etc.), consequentemente voc\u00ea n\u00e3o estar\u00e1 agindo de acordo com as suas metas e, provavelmente, voc\u00ea ficar\u00e1 neste ciclo vicioso, esperando alguma melhora, mas nada mudar\u00e1. Os mesmos comportamentos resultar\u00e3o sempre nos mesmos resultados, se queremos ter mudan\u00e7as nos resultados, precisamos mudar nossos comportamentos. A aceita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um princ\u00edpio fundamental nessa mudan\u00e7a. Quando experimentamos a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o (que \u00e9 um desafio!) temos mais chances de ampliar o repert\u00f3rio comportamental (ter novos comportamentos) e obter resultados diferentes, aumentando as chances de viver melhor. Para cada um desses processos, h\u00e1 um equivalente no Hexaflex da inflexibilidade psicol\u00f3gica, que corresponde a esquiva experiencial, a fus\u00e3o cognitiva, ao self-como-conceito, a aten\u00e7\u00e3o inflex\u00edvel, a falta de clareza dos valores e ina\u00e7\u00e3o<sup>6<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n \t<li>Aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e esquiva experiencial<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A aceita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma postura, uma forma de se relacionar com os eventos internos, que consiste em observar o que ocorre dentro da pele, sem tentativas de mudar sua frequ\u00eancia ou forma<sup>1,2,3<\/sup>. O que acontece quando n\u00e3o aceitamos esses sentimentos e, consequentemente, nos esquivamos? Deixamos de fazer algo que \u00e9 importante ou temos atitudes que nos arrependemos.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por exemplo, a ansiedade \u00e9 bem desconfort\u00e1vel de sentir. Sim, d\u00e1 uma \u201cagonia\u201d, um frio na barriga, n\u00e1useas, tremor, boca seca, n\u00f3 na garganta, suor, dorm\u00eancia e, al\u00e9m das sensa\u00e7\u00f5es desconfort\u00e1veis, h\u00e1 v\u00e1rios pensamentos pessimistas (\u201cvai dar errado\u201d \/ \u201cvou morrer\u201d \/ \u201cv\u00e3o rir de mim\u201d \/ \u201cvou ser inconveniente\u201d \/ \u201cn\u00e3o sou bom o suficiente\u201d, \u201csou incapaz\u201d etc.). \u00c9 t\u00e3o desconfort\u00e1vel que emitimos (\u00e0s vezes, inconscientemente)\u00a0 comportamentos de esquiva experiencial, como ingerir bebidas alco\u00f3licas, deixar de apresentar o trabalho da escola, de chamar um amigo para sair, de fazer uma pergunta na sala de aula, de participar de um evento importante, de ter uma conversa saud\u00e1vel e madura em um relacionamento&#8230; Est\u00e1 vendo? Por n\u00e3o nos permitirmos sentir esta emo\u00e7\u00e3o (por n\u00e3o as aceitar) abrimos m\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es importantes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0A raiva, o ci\u00fame e a inseguran\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o sentimentos que n\u00e3o gostar\u00edamos que aparecessem. Discuss\u00f5es, brigas, xingamentos, sil\u00eancio, isolamento, aus\u00eancia, s\u00e3o alguns tipos de comportamentos que podem estar a servi\u00e7o da esquiva experiencial, de tentar \u201cse livrar\u201d dessas emo\u00e7\u00f5es. Muitos destes comportamentos geram um distanciamento dos valores e um arrependimento. \u00c9 o agir no calor da emo\u00e7\u00e3o. Neste caso, voc\u00ea sente um al\u00edvio, mas este al\u00edvio \u00e9 ef\u00eamero e n\u00e3o te aproxima da vida que voc\u00ea quer ter. Se for \u00fatil para n\u00f3s, podemos agir de acordo com a emo\u00e7\u00e3o, seguindo o \u201cconselho\u201d que a emo\u00e7\u00e3o der. Na fus\u00e3o h\u00e1 uma literalidade, onde se considera os eventos internos como se fossem fatos, e n\u00e3o comportamentos em uma dada situa\u00e7\u00e3o transit\u00f3ria<sup>2<\/sup>. Voc\u00ea pensou em um urso branco! \u00c9 o que acontece quando queremos controlar um pensamento: n\u00f3s acabamos nos concentrando nele e pensando ainda mais. \u201cEu n\u00e3o vou pensar na prova\u201d \/ \u201cN\u00e3o vou pensar no que aconteceu\u201d \/ N\u00e3o vou pensar na trai\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d \/ \u201cN\u00e3o vou pensar em&#8230;\u201d. Isso \u00e9 fus\u00e3o: estar preso a um pensamento de tal modo que queremos fugir dele <em>ou<\/em> contra-argumentar com o pensamento <em>ou<\/em> revidar <em>ou<\/em> confirmar <em>ou<\/em> se isolar <em>ou<\/em> provar o contr\u00e1rio do que estamos pensando <em>ou<\/em>&#8230; Percebe que para cada uma dessas op\u00e7\u00f5es, na verdade, s\u00f3 estamos dando mais e mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao pensamento? Assim s\u00e3o as experi\u00eancias internas, ocorrem dentro de n\u00f3s, mas n\u00f3s n\u00e3o somos essas experi\u00eancias, nem somos definidos unicamente por elas, somos onde todas estas experi\u00eancias acontecem.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Self-como-conceito \u00e9 uma forma de se relacionar com as descri\u00e7\u00f5es a respeito de si mesmo<sup>6<\/sup>. Self \u00e9 a concep\u00e7\u00e3o de si, \u00e9 o est\u00edmulo que pode ser chamado de \u201ceu\u201d. O self como conceito consiste em igualar a identidade do eu a outras caracter\u00edsticas, como a adjetivos<sup>2<\/sup>. Mesmo que sejam caracter\u00edsticas positivas, o\u00a0 self como conceito pode gerar um padr\u00e3o de comportamento r\u00edgido e pouco variado<sup>2,6<\/sup>. Quando uma pessoa acredita no que a sua mente lhe diz sobre si ou no que os outros lhe dizem a seu respeito (\u201cvoc\u00ea \u00e9 muito determinada\u201d; \u201cvoc\u00ea \u00e9 resiliente\u201d; \u201cvoc\u00ea \u00e9 um fracasso\u201d), esta pessoa agir\u00e1 de acordo com estas concep\u00e7\u00f5es, podendo perder a sensibilidade se estas a\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o a servi\u00e7o dos valores ou das autodescri\u00e7\u00f5es. Por exemplo, \u201cse eu sou uma pessoa determinada, eu n\u00e3o posso pedir ajuda ou sair deste trabalho\u201d, sem notar que talvez a perman\u00eancia no trabalho n\u00e3o fa\u00e7a mais sentido.
